Sabrina is a senior HR leader with 15+ years of experience with a strong track record in building inclusive leadership and engagement strategies, leading HR teams through transformation and organisational change, managing performance, succession, and reward in partnership with business leaders, navigating cross-border employment legislation, global mobility and HR operations and driving cultural change.

As LIC CHRO, Sabrina leads the full spectrum of HR of the European region bringing a pragmatic, people-focused approach, balancing compliance and care, strategy and execution, global perspective and local sensitivity.

Sabrina previously held senior HR roles at Linklaters, Deloitte and Johnson Controls.
