Chief Compliance Officer

Joris has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and was appointed Chief Compliance Officer for Lloyd’s Europe in 2024. Prior to joining Lloyd’s, he held the position of European Compliance Officer at Cigna Healthcare and spent the early days of his career at BNP Paribas Fortis in various roles (Internal Audit, Compliance). He holds a masters degree in International and European Law from the Radboud University Nijmegen (the Netherlands) and is a qualified car mechanic.
