Iwan joined Lloyd’s Europe in January 2019 and was appointed Business Strategy & Development Manager. Since January 2020 he is responsible for delivering Lloyd’s commercial market strategy and managing the network of Lloyd’s for Belgium and The Netherlands. Iwan’s career spans over 30 years in the Benelux insurance industry including executive roles with Marsh, Aon, AXA, AIG, Grass Savoye (Willis Towers Watson). Iwan Röpcke obtained a Master in Diplomatic Sciences and an MBA at Ghent University. In Brussels (ULB) he finalized, after his studies at the College of Europe, a Master in Aerial- and Maritime Law
